Irecently purchased a new MacBook Pro and used TimeVault to backup my data and transfer it to my new laptop. Since set-up, Adobe has prompted me to activate my 'subscription' when I purchased a suite. When I try to sign in, it asks for the serial number of the suite. I provide and it states that the ID is incorrect. The serial number can be seen when viewing products while logged in with my Adobe ID. I am using !Creative Suite 5: Design Premium.
Adobe application do not migrate well.

Be aware that CS5 is not supported under El Capitan, so even installing properly is no assurance that it will run.
