Dreamweaver 12 installation failure

After having to reinstall the operating system (El Capitan) my attempts to install Dreamweaver 12 fail.  I have followed the instructions with the failure message, but to no avail.  The "error summary" says:

Exit Code: 7 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.

For example,  ERROR: DF024 ...
