pide serial lightroom

good morning,

Recently i bought online 2 Adobe´s program: Ligthroom and photoshop. The purchase was accepted and the payment charged to my card.

But after the instalation, when i tried to setup the programs, it tells me that the version is expired, and asks for a serial number i did not get.

I really appreciate you help as soon as possible.

uninstall whatever you installed.

clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer and install the cc desktop app from here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install your lr and ps trials.

your purchase probably hasn't been processed yet so you wouldn't expect to see anything other than trials until, at least, 1 business day (pst) passes.

if you still see trials after 1 pst business day, Troubleshooting FAQ: What do I do if I have a membership but my app is acting as if I have a trial?
