Any suggestion to try fix the issue?

even the previous version of flash, it doesn't work only for one PC and one this website.

http://sekai-kabuka.com/nikkei.html

OS: Windows 10,

Chrome, Firefox, IE, edge, all those 4 browsers,

Flash player and Silverlight plugin are properly installed.

it could be the issue of my graphic card, Geforce GTX460

ActiveX plugin are alll enabled by Internet Option. those are all fine tuned. it works for other flash web sites.

Thank you for the bug report, unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the problem on my Windows 10 system.  Could this have just been a temporary problem with the website itself?  Here's what I'm seeing:

It isnt a temp problem. i've seen this even few prev version of Flash since

I think this could be related with that this win10 PC is newly set up.

Something old updating package by OS or video card which this PC don't have

could cause this issue.

Hi,

Are you sure this issue started coming 2 months back.

I could see this issue is very old.

Thanks

Actually, i first saw this issue in last December, but don't remember the

details of version of Flash.

After that, i renewed my PC, cleanly installed Win10 to new SSD, reused all

other hardware except SSD.

Then installed new Flash version was i think 0.0.267 or something that's on

4th Jan 2016.

keep seeing same white out since last December on this PC.

But i can see this website properly by my other win 7 or Mac PC. this issue

only happens on my new win 10 machine.
