i've been trying to update my adobe softwares but my creative won't connect to the internet it say " trying to connect to the server" but it never does it.
if you could help it would be really helpfull, i want to be able to enjoy the creative cloud at its fullest.

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall
-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
