Camera Raw is only compatible with CS6 up to version 9.1.1
If you need later versions for compatibility with your new camera then you'll have to either:
- Join the Cloud, or
- Use Lightroom 6 to open the Raw files and save them in a format which CS6 can read, or
- Download the free Adobe DNG converter, convert all Raw files to DNG format then edit the DNG files in CS6. An extra step for you but no extra cost.

Either ignore the warning if everything works, or use Render Using LR Adjustments which will make a TIF of the adjustments and open that in PS.
Thank you. It is sad but your advice is useful. Thank you.
Thank you for the information . No, I go to places where there is no wifi to shoot. I avoid having to depend on the internet. A PC is a personal computer. I don't want my computer to become somebody's terminal.

Not sure what you mean but that's not how the Adobe Cloud works.
You download locally, install locally and run it locally.
You need an occasional internet connection for a license check. That's all.
