I have created an adobe account and I am current trying to install creative cloud to be able to try the free trial of photoshop and lightroom, however I can only get as far as the verification email process and adobe is sending the email to my nephews hotmail email which is not associated with this account at all.  He has used my iMac back in November but I only created this adobe account this week.  His email address is not associated with this account in anyway...... help.  I really need to try out photoshop and lightroom and don't want to purchase the monthly plan in case the same problems happens.  Many thanks in advance.
