Hi, um my problem is that, I'm trying to download Adobe Ilustrator, but only (as far as I know) I can download it with Adobe Creative Cloud. Well, the case is that, in te Creative Cloud, the Apps section is not working. It mantains telling about a Firewall issue, or just says "Download error. Try again by pushing Retry or contact customer assistance. And I tried to retry over and over againd and nothing.
I'm asking why is this and how I can fixi it? PD: I'm not english native so take it easy with my written post.

Ok then, so:
- I have a PC computer, a laptop with Windows 8.1 Single Languaje.
- I tried to put it off the Firewall and the Anti-virus (Avast Free Antivirus)
- I haven't tried before so it's new this problem to me, moreover, I hadn't use Adobe Cloud before because it wasn't necessary, so I don't know if the problem existed before used it properly.
- I haven't do changes in my computer recently, maybe just updates since yesterday because my computer came up with errors the last few months so I'm updating whatever "can" be installed in my laptop (even I can't upgrade to Windows 10 ).
- I tried running it with administrator privilegies but send the same problem message.
This is what I get, and push the "Volver a descargar apps" still doesn't work, even is useless.
- And running software like background services/programs alike? If it is maybe just ones running like Game Booster progam or the Printer program.
- And finally, I wasn't doing anything before this problem. Mmm maybe, I don't know if the problem it's because before this happened, I had a old version of this installed, so when I was trying to download manually Adobe Ilustrator, it says that, in order to download it, I need the program, I opened it and was obsolete, so I went with a update with this and throw back an error of installation, then I just downloaded an .exe of Cloud to installed again without problems. And so I'm here.

Hi Arora,
well...the problem might now be where is located the folder that those people are describing, because they're using Mac systems, and I use Windows systems so, I'm getting lost.
Maybe you can help me about that?
