Cloud License allows 2 activations http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html

-Install on a 2nd computer http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1452292?tstart=0

-Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each

-Two activations on one account MAY NOT be in use at the same time (note in the above license link)

-An individual account is for one person and may not be shared with anyone else

.

You can follow the article: Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps and Use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services, download apps, share file... which will help you to install the application on your new computer.

If you are prompted to deactivate the application from your old machine then you can follow the positive option.
