I'm being charged for something I haven't been able to use.

Today I received an email saying that my monthly payment didn't go thru. I didn't even know that I was being charged for an account because when I open Photoshop or Lightroom I get the window that says my trial period has ended. So I have not even been able to use either of these products and still I have been paying a monthly fee.
