I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative cloud several times on two separate computers and I receive the same error. There is no error code and I can't really do anything. All I get is this screen:
I am unable to install any apps and I am unable to even uninstall Creative Cloud as it says it is busy so I have to manually delete all the files. Does anyone have any idea on what is going on? because I have checked the troubleshoot and got nothing.

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall
-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
