On January 31, 2016 I spent 2 hours with an Adobe technician remoting in to my computer to fix a problem which required me to login each time I opened Photoshop (Case Number 0187465324). I have a one year prepaid subscription. The fix worked for two weeks until today - every time I open Photoshop it again requires I login. I am using a Windows 7 system and obviously something is wrong at Adobe's end. I tried all the fixes listed in the forum and this did not help, and it was only after two hours of a tech dealing with remotely that it resolved but has now recurred. Where do I go from here?

Have you check your anti virus software.

Maybe something is blocking PS when it first opens up.

There are several things going on when PS first start.

Check your list of exclusions againt the task manger list and see if anything is being blocked.

I saw another problem like this in the past and you will not believe me, but the problem was the Internet connection rate too slow ... Internet company changed and problem solved!

All of the items in your post done and no effect. Internet speed is more than adequate - measured at 25 MB/sec. A check of Google shows many similar posts over at least 2 years. The advanced tech assigned to me during the remote session said this was a problem he sees not infrequently. My concern is that if the Adobe subscription mechanics are not reliable, I could be caught in an area without an internet connection and not be able to use the product.
