    InDesign Won't Print to PDF Unknown Error


      I recently upgraded from Window 8 to Windows 10 and found I couldn't export to pdf from InDesign.  The error message I received say it was due to an unknown error.  I even tried printing to pdf as a back up and it didn't work.  I have Adobe Acrobat DC installed and am a Creative Cloud subscriber with all applications.


      Later today, I reverted back to Window 8 thinking that would solve the problem, but I still get the same pdf cannot print due to unknown error message.  I called Microsoft and they said to call you.  I have been working on this for two full days and it is impacting my production deadlines so I am desperate for help.


      How can I get InDesign and Acrobat restored as a Creative Cloud member?
