I have 2 products from you bought on the website. Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 ( windows ) and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 ( windows ) . I can only download a test trial of Lightroom and the updates tells me that the server do not connect. The same happens with Elements 14.
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
If you have test versions installed you should be able to activate them to full use if you use the serial number from your purchase.
