    I have been charged multiple times for the same subscription. How do I get these refunded and ensure it doesn't happen again?


      I recently changed my card on my paypal account and as a result my direct debit payment for Adobe CC didn't go through. I changed my details on the site and have been charged THREE TIMES since this happened. How can I get a refund and ensure this doesn't happen again? I tried calling up but the only option I was given was to make an international call, which would probably cost more than the numerous payments already made to Adobe. Can anyone help?
