For months, I get the error code U44M1P7 when trying to update Photoshop CS6 through Creative Cloud. Any suggestions?

I have been unsuccessful in updating my Photoshop CS6 in Creative Cloud.  I get a notice that the update failed and that errors were encountered during installation (U44M1P7)  I have tried twice to contact the Adobe customer service and have had no luck...  We've uninstalled and reinstalled the CS6 multiple times with no success...  Any suggestions?

        .... one solution of this problem.

        1. Launch any of CC App (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

        2. Go to the HELP -> UPDATES

        3. It will start Adobe Aplication Manager, then UNCHECK ALL of Adobe CSXS Infrastucture 4 files (910 KB) under all of your updating Aplications.

        4. Click "UPDATE" button.
