How to re-download Lightroom 3 for Mac? [was: trying access old purchase for download on new computer and cant find it]

I purchased Lightroom 3 a few years ago but have not needed it again until recently. I now need to download it onto my new Mac but can't find the access to my software.

I have my serial numbers and proof of purchase. And it's showing up in my account, but no download access that I can find.

Please advise.
