How can I install a Flash update without installing McAfee?

Again, this was not solved in the other thread.  On my systems, Flash downloaded itself and there was not an option to not install McAfee (McCrappy).

Adobe, this is completely unacceptable and it's called a pup.  I don't want extra stuff.

Hi,

McAfee is an optional program offered with Flash Player on the Flash Player download page (get.adobe.com/flashplayer).  This page contains the optional offer and users can deselect the offer, however, some ad-blockers have been known to block the offer.

Official Flash Player updates via Notification Update or Background Updates do not install any third-party software.
