    I cannot activate a new order paid using a different email address


      After the month trial period using a gmail account, I paid a new order using a new account of mine hotmail, The order number of the adobe's answer (to hotmail) cannot be activated: My account is fixed with the old (and supposedly expired) gmail. Also when trying to modify my ID in hotmail instead of gmail it says: "impossible to change,,,). It's already a month and still the same.

      How can I get the money back. I can then make a new order using the gmail email account.
