    How I can be paid back for an order I coudn't activate


      I received from Adobe the information of my InDesign order. But the procedure to activate it fails, because I did it using a different account address that the one I was using previously for the month trial of the product, and registered by Adobe. (Also the intent to modify the ID-account in my case fails too).

      So I have been forced to pay another order using my old ID-account as it’s known by the system.

      Now, how can I get the money back of the order I couldn’t activate?
