I was reading over that you can use the stock photos for Advertising and on my website. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Can you give more details on how your 'members' would be using it?
If you are just using it in your own advertising and site, then yes, you would be fine. If you are selling a service that includes the images you will need the extended version. If you are designing advertising or sites for a client you can use them but would need a license for each client.
Adobe Community Professional
HI Brad thank you for getting back to me. My members would be using them as backgrounds on their advertising pages. My members are allowed to use a backgrounds such as in the page I have made to advertise my site adkreator. - the trees background- Splash Page They would be doing the same thing for their splash page or squeeze page. The pages rotate and people will be viewing them. If you would like to join my site to see how it works, you can as a free member. http://adkreator.com/
In your case you would most likely need to get extended licenses for the images from Fotolia.com otherwise you would have to purchase a new standard license for every member that has access to use the photo wether they actually use it or not..
OK thank you.
