If a company bought several bulk licenses for PS CS6 years ago, and then added employees recently, can it buy more licenses for CS6?

I work in an office that has been using PS CS6, which still fits its needs, but additional employees have been added beyond the number of licenses initially purchased. Can additional licenses for CS6 be purchased and added?
