New to Adobe JS - how can I print the value of an input field based on drop down choice?

    PathCK

I have three fields as follows:

      [dropdown 1] [input 1]

      [dropdown 2] [input 2]

      [dropdown 3] [input 3]

Each dropdown has the same 5 choices, each input varies.

I'm trying to configure a script that prints the value of the choice + input, only if certain choices are selected.

Meaning, if someone chooses dropdown choice B in any of the dropdowns, then it would print the corresponding input value for that row

Same thing if someone chooses dropdown choice D in any of the dropdown, the, it would print the corresponding input value for that row

My if/else constructs always seem to yield a null or undefined value.
