Please uninstall creative cloud desktop app and reinstall it to fix this issue.

I would appreciate if you can send us the log file created using Adobe log collector tool Adobe Creative Cloud Log Collector Tool

Please send it to the email mentioned in private message send to you. Before sending it please change the file extension to .txt from .zip
