I purchased Adobe Export PDF and installed it, but when I found my printer not working decided to cancel.
No problem because the email I had just recieved said that if I cancelled within 14 days I would be fully refunded.
I cancelled straight away, the same day as when I purchased it, checked my account and it showed that the annual subscription had in fact been cancelled.
I waited for the funds to be put back into my bank account to no avail.
So I asked customer help where it was. They said that I was not entitled to a refund stating first that I had cancelled outside the time limit.
I said I had cancelled the same day that I purchased it.
They later said that I had not contacted them within the time period.
I said that was rubbish as there was nothing on the email to say to contact them.
They said that the matter had been referred to a higher level.
Guess what, I had an email on the 11th February 2016 to say that the annual subscription had been cancelled.
Come on higher level management, WAKE UP!!!!!!!
Be very wary if you want to cancel because they don't hold up to there agreement.
