My message is not all showing: I answered Yes both times and then, nothing happens. After a while, if I stop the engraving, software tells me there is an encoding error. How can I fix this?
Have you uninstalled and then reinstalled Premiere Elements since you upgraded your software?
Also note that, if you've gone from a 32-bit operating system to a 64-bit, it's important that you install the version of the program that matches your operating system.
