I cannot transfer public library books or purchased books to Adobe Digital. The books end up in a file in my computer instead of in Adobe Digital. I cannot transfer these files to my e-reader. Is this a compatibility issue. How can I resolve it? I have Windows 10 and Adobe Digital 4.5.
