How do I move a video from After Effects to Premiere?

Just importing into premiere won't work because I had to use the puppet pin tool in after effects in order to make the people in photos move. Exporting straight from after effects says it will take 2 hours for every eight second long clip (and I have ten of those). What's the best way to move these files into premiere?

Well, pardon the directness, but this is useless. You have not provided any useful exact technical info like comp settings, render settings, footage used and so on. That aside you probably should just get used to it. Aside from current bugs in AE and Adobe Media Encoder that can slow down things a lot, some things just take forever to render, regardless of the render settings.
