I cannot use Creative Cloud Desktop apps. All CC apps in the CC app are marked as "trial ended", "start trial" or " "buy now" although I got a full subscription as a university teacher. I already tried logging out from my CC account and then logging in again. I also exited the CC app on my Mac and started it again. And I rebooted the whole system. However, the problem remains the same. Any ideas how to fix this?
