It's completely irrelevant for AE. AE doesn't use OpenCL and CUDA is a proprietary nVidia technology. You can hack those text files all day long and all you do is waste your time. For Premiere you might need to fiddle with driver versions or turn off the second GPU.

OK as an achievement to be able to use the OpenGL video card with my really need to buy an Nvidia card?

You are throwing together different, unrelated things. OpenCL is different from OpenGL and both are supported by a variety of cards from intel to AMD to nVidia. Only CUDA definitely requires a supported nVidia card as used by the Raytrace 3D in AE.
