I need your help because I have a problem to cancel a product I payed from my credit card for the benefit of another person.
Adobe employe told me I can not cancel the payment. Only the other person can do it .
And what is quite tricky is that she doesn't have any more product on her account...
Did it happen to one of you ?
Since this is an open forum, not Adobe support... and since the payment is on YOUR credit card... you are going to have to have Adobe fix this
