Unable to initialize installer

While installing Encore CS6 Functional Content my computer crashed and now I get a message - Installer failed to initialize. I have rebooted twice and it still happens. Any idea what to do? Thanks!

I will GUESS that you are going to need to DE-activate and UN-install and run the Cleaner and start fresh

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall
