I purchased photoshop 14 for my new computer .. I chose 64 bit but I need 32 bit.. error message keeps popping up

I purchased photoshop 14 for my new computer.. when downloading online I chose 64 bit but it should have been 32 bit.. I can not open the folder error message pops up.. how can I get this changed
