    I believed I had cancelled within a few days of joining, as I only wanted the free clip art.  Now I find I am being charged each month, and there is a large cancellation fee.  What can I do?


      How can I get to speak to someone in accounts to stop either payments being taken, or cancellation fee being applied, when I had sent message through within days of original application?
