Are you referring to the activation and deactivation of the CC apps/plan?
Yes it is. The question is that I going to star to work with After Effect
and for the moment I do not have enouth work to have activate the CC
licence every month.

Alright! Well the CC plan needs monthly/annually payment. If you wish to stop the payment, you will need to cancel the plan.
For activation and deactivation, you simply need to sign out and sign back in of the app. But that does not cancel your plan.
