This is definitely strange and the first I've heard of this. Hard to say what caused this to happen. You can sign into the CC app from up to 2 computers. Is it possible these were synced from another computer and then synced here?
Also, perhaps you selected these for sync previously and for some reason, that request was delayed for a long time. Signing out and back into the Creative Cloud app should help refresh everything. yes I'm signed in from up 2 computers (Mac Pro and Mac Book Pro) - but I definitely didn't activate those fonts on Typekit or activated missing fonts via Typekit. I removed them now via Typekit (which synced correct on both computers, means, they disappeared) and we will see if this strange thing will happen again ...
