    Flex and screensharing

Is it possible to do screen sharing or screen capture in a flex app without any driver download? Adobe Connect says that they can do screen sharing and they also seem to suggest that Connect requires no download. Any ideas on how they do that? Thanks

You can use connectNow (their free version) and see for yourself. The first
time you go to share your screen, it installs something.

Thanks. I see that now. I think they are probably installing a screen capture device driver and a better encoder than the native Sorenson Spark codec. On2 has a VP6 browser plugin that could be a good alternative for many users for encoding.
