Hard to say. That code is related to Windows Virtual C++.
Try downloading the free trial of Premiere Elements 14 and see if it causes a similar error. That can help you isolate the cause of the error.

Many thanks for yr. suggestion. I'll be downloading free trial PE14 but, considering that the problem is related to Virtual c++ believe it will persists with the new version of PE.
Wd. like to hv. an advice on how to fix the error R-6025.
