I just noticed that I have been charged $20/month for the past 4 months for InDesign subscription. I paid a pretty low price for a one year subscription in 2014. I never received any notifications that I would be charged $240 for a year subscription. I don't even use the product! Now customer support is saying that I can't cancel unless I pay another 50% of another 8 months. The customer service rep just kept repeating that I should have received an email and I should have cancelled when I received it. If I didn't receive it, how can I know I'm being charged! This is very deceptive practice Adobe. I am ashamed to be your customer!
I am sorry that the auto renewal and pricing was not clear. The introductory prices are for the first year, and they automatically renew at the regular price if not cancelled.
Please ensure you have a current email associated with your Creative Cloud account so you will receive emails.
