Could someone help or explain what happened?I'm missing an ebook from Open Library.

Using my laptop, I downloaded an ebook from Open Library and it's missing.

None of my ADE books end up in my ADE library so are they somewhere I can find them?

If not it'll be 2 weeks before I can try again. Thank you!
