my quicktime software on my pc says it is up to date.(auto updated)
It is at 7.7.9 (1680.95.84). i could try to deinstall and reinstall but it seems to be working for me as a stand alone application.
IS there any additional actions I should take- still hoping for a resolution? Thanks
Please try and create a new catalog, also Go to Device Manager and disable the Graphics Processor and then try it.
Thanks your suggestions Goyal.
I opened a chat with adobe support on Tuesday Feb 23 and worked with Majhi Mrinmay for 1:30 hours. He took over my computer and it was still experiencing the stoppage. He stated he would check it out and then call me at 5:30pm eastern time the next day.. but I never received any follow up call. And am still waiting.
During the chat time he checked the graphic card setting you noted. And today, based on your suggestion I exported the collection to a new catalog and still received the error. So I really not sure what additional actions I can make.
And everything in light room seems to work except the slide show- And I made an earlier slide show last September 2015 and it worked fine then (but the cloud has updated and installed some upgrades since that time).
I can generate a pdf as an output to the slideshow instead of the video. And it works ok- We have some out of town friends coming over this weekend and we hoped to show them the trip..Still waiting for a solution although it looks likely to be a software error.
