Having problems activating Adobe InDesign CS3: Platform: Windows 10/PC; Asus w/Intel i7. Connected to the Internet everywhere else, but when attempting to "activate", Adobe Indesign indicates that there is no Internet Connection. Attempted to use defunk telephone number. Used: [Help + Activate] not successful. Please advise. How in world can I get the program to activate, so I can get back to work. Many thanks for the assistance. JH
InDesign CS3 was never intended to work together with Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.10 or 11.11.
Anything else than a Creative Cloud version (2015) would be incompatible. If you use Windows 10 you have to subscribe to the Creative Cloud.
Did you solve this issue? I was just on chat for 30 minutes but he was finally able to provide an Authorization Code (after first saying my InDesign CS3 is only supported by user forums!) that worked and activated. I selected the activate by phone option, called the number which is no longer supported, but kept the phone activation pop up open and asked Chat for the Authorization code that finally worked. Don't let them send you to the user forums!!
