I have a pc and it wont work everytime I upload pics to work on them I get an error and it wont stop ... sometimes I sign in n all my work is gone n I feel like I'm under a new name but I'm not its weird n when I get to that part it lets me download but wont download to my phone... n I haven't used it in 2 weeks now n I go back to work on it tonight n hit update n that wont work so idk can someone please help me or I have to cancel this month n how do I even contact? no support or anthing its just questions with no help

Are you connecting a camera or card reader? After clicking import choose “Copy”
If the photos are already on your hard drive choose “Add”
Once you have photos imported into Lightroom you can make collections to sync with mobile devices, but you need a subscription to use Sync.
