A staff member is receiving a Publishing Failed message:
Connection Failed. Please check connection and post again. Native
Error: Cannot accept uploading file. Further processing is stopped.
He is using RH6. Some of the language used in the project is
portugeise. I am wondering if this might be the problem if certain
characters are used in conjunction with the language. Any
familiarity with this error message?
Hi TJS4444.
Did the project generate properly? If so, it is unlikely to
be a language issue. Can they publish any project to that location?
Indeed can anyone? Also I'm assuming this is NOT webhelp pro
output?
This is a WebHElp Pro project. The project does generate the
preview properly, but they have been unsuccessful when attempting
to publish. They haven't attempted to publish any other projects to
the server.
OK. What version of RH and RH Server do they have? If RH7 or
before, check they have the required RH server permissions. If they
have, can someone else publish the output?
They are using RH 6 and server 6. They have setup the
permissions correctly. They also ran a test project, which did
publish successfully, but when they try to publish the original
project, publishing fails with the message: Native Error: Cannot
accept uploading file. Further processing is stopped.
