HI Beverly, I have the same problem. I ordered/downloaded 4 images but doubled one of them. I received this answer form chat.
I checked and see that we do not have the option to process the refund for the single image as the image will be downloaded after accepting the stock terms and conditions and there will not be refund for the single image.
Beverly is that the end of it, I have no resolution?

I have checked your account and I see that you have downloaded 5 images and 1 of them had been downloaded twice.
I understand your concern and have credited an additional download.
