We are new to Connect and have gotten set up and running with no issues...but...we can't upload content. It is giving the red error message: You do not have permission to perform this operation. Please contact an Account Administrator for assistance. We switched permissions to publish, but still nothing. What are we missing?
To publish content to Connect you must first be in the Meeting Host or Authors group (Administrators don't have publishing rights) and then have Publish or Manage permissions to the desired folder(s).
