PPI is meaningless.
How big in pixels do you want the photo to be seen?
Typical websites are usually looking for images to be 800-1000 pixels on the long side.
Facebook has its own recommendations, but Facebook is a terrible thing to do to pictures.
ok.. Yea I want to post my photography to my wordpress site and planned to share them on Facebook as well. I just want it to be the best quality possible on screen. I started looking a different videos on youtube about it. I am such a beginner, just want a place to start showing my work. Thank you!
Facebook has a maximum of 2048 pixels on the long side, but really you don't need that many for it too look good on screen.
The pixels per inch is completely irrelevant and meaningless in this scenario.
