ADE keeps freezing, problem started when we downloaded windows10 - it has loaded 2 books and I got them to my ereader last week, today I downloaded 2 books but I couldn't move them to my ereader. Screen is blank, no bookshelves and nothing in the library.

I have also deleted the program and reloaded it and unauthorized and reauthorized several times, have I run out of activations? I haven't had the error code.

Closed Digital Edition.

Rename the My Digital Edition Folder under My Documents and My Digital Edition.
Start Digital Edition.

Download the Files again.
