I tried installing Acrobat CS and trashing the InDesign preference files without solving this problem.
This is getting beyond annoying! Without any kind of error report this is frustrating.
There is no program called Acrobat CS. I think you mean Acrobat DC.
I'm not sure what this has to do with your InDesign problem. I'm not a Windows user so I'll let one of the Windows users make suggestions of what you might do.
still with the same problem. I've been troubleshooting for two days now and nothing works out. Yes, I meant Acrobat DC. InDesign is up to date, also Creative Cloud.
We tried logging in and out from creative cloud, deleting preference files and installing the Acrobat DC and changing permissions of InDesign folders on Local and Roaming.
It has to be a bug in a recent update and rolling back to a previous windows state is not an option.
I'm wondering if we are going to receive a discount...
