Windows 10. Creative Cloud app does not open. Tried several times. Tried to uninstall, but dialogue came up telling me that several apps needed it so could not uninstall.
Tried to install over it. App downloaded, gave it permission to install, then nothing happened.
Apps like Id and Ai open fine, but not the CC app. Anything I can try?
What may work...
Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

I did sign out and tried to uninstall the CC app, but got the same message. Do you mean that I should individually uninstall the many apps I have installed before running the Cleaner?
Went ahead and deleted all the apps and ran the cleaner.
Seems to be up and running like new. Touch wood.
